Fuselage Dolly

FUSELAGE & DOORS

Installing window to inside door skin.
Door skin pulled down with ropes and blocks.

Outer door skin glued to inner door skin.
Micro fillter @ door edges to get flush surface.
Couldn't get door completely flush with fuselage.

Door Latch Bracket

Doors hinged to fuselage.

Gas strut installed.

Two hinged doors that WORK.
(Doors are a pain to make!)

Measuring gap under door for seals.  Too bad
the gap isn't uniform!
